Stehr SBF 24-6
Problem
Dust-free spreading, cutting and irrigation in one step:
The encapsulated combination Stehr soil stabilisation cutter SBF 24 with binding agent spreader SBS solves a problem in soil stabilisation: Lime or cement are very effective as binders, but also relatively aggressive. This often makes soil stabilisation near residential areas, road traffic, parking cars and airports impossible, especially in windy weather.
Solution
The binding agent is applied dust-free with SBF 24-6 by Stehr and mixed into the soil. A separate, cost-intensive spreader vehicle is no longer required
Optional
A specially developed on-board computer means binder and water quantity can be precisely introduced and documented.
Technical data
- Power requirement carrier: from 260 hp
- Weight: 9,110 kg
- Cutting depth max. 400 mm
- Cutting width: 2,400 mm
Equipment
- Hydraulically driven rotary vane feeder.
- Filling via filler cap (0.8 x 0.8), screw conveyor, big-bag or standing silo – blow-in device with shut-off valve for silo vehicles.
- Level control: optical with electronic sensors (“full” and “empty” display).
Energy efficiency
The high energy efficiency, economical fuel consumption as well as low pollutant and noise emissions always play a major role in the Stehr machines. With over 50 % less fuel compared to conventional machines, payback is achieved by the fuel savings alone.
