Passing on the ‘apprenticeship baton’

Today is a day of celebration here at the Reeds Yard.

Jefferson, who began his apprenticeship with us two years ago, has just completed his Level 2 Land-based Service Engineer qualification and is continuing his career with us, working alongside our talented Service team.

He has now passed the ‘apprenticeship baton’ onto Harrison, who will be completing his apprenticeship with us, and attending the National Construction College.

At Reeds, we recognise the importance of investing in our employees by providing opportunities to strengthen their existing skills and acquire new ones. Through our apprenticeship program, we give young adults the chance to earn a qualification while gaining hands-on experience in our workshop, working alongside our team of skilled engineers.
